Online TEFL course: Study Pal Program

ITTO's Study Pal program is a way for students to get acquainted and to support each other while completing the online TEFL course. It is an optional free program, only for students who have expressed interest in having a study partner.

Why do people request a Study Pal?

• To motivate and inspire each other.
• To share ideas about the course.
• To chat with their peers.

How can I get a Study Pal?
Just fill out the application below. Once study pals have been assigned, both people will receive the contact information for their study pal. It is up to you when and how often to contact your study pal.

Study Pal Terms and Conditions

By completing the Study Pal application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ITTO agrees to pass on only the name, email address and telephone number of their Study Pal. Addresses or other personal information will not be passed on. Students are responsible to indicate on their application whether they want their email or telephone number passed on.

2. Each student can receive only one Study Pal. This program is available only to students enrolled in ITTO´s online TEFL course.

3. Students may compare notes but identical or near identical answers to questions will not be permitted. In the event of plagiarizing, ITTO reserves the right to ask the respective students to resubmit work, which is their own and not the same or nearly identical to another person’s work.

4. ITTO will not be held responsible or accept any liability for contacts or results of contacts that take place between individuals who agree to be study pals. We advise all participants to take necessary and appropriate precautions to safeguard their own privacy and personal information.

5. ITTO will attempt to find a suitable study pal for each person who requests one within 30 days of your request.

6. ITTO will attempt to provide a partner within the same regional area whenever possible. However, your study partner may be in a different country than you.
